Do you want to change the product that you bought?

In Nothing To Wear-you've got the ability to make the change within 20 days from the date of receipt of the product.

• The changes are accepted ONLY if the product is not worn, not used, not washed and not accept any form of processing.
• A refund is not possible, except in a very few cases.
• Changes are not accepted in products with a discount rate of 50% and above ,as and special discount offers.
• Changes are not accepted in a bathing suit ( if you have removed the protective tape ), in lingerie and masks for health reasons.

Causes of change

• Defective product:
  If the product you received is ελάττωματικό, please let us know and we will take full responsibility of the change – replacement.

• Resizing:
  If the option for the number became entirely by you in accordance with your own judgement, then the customer is charged the change.
  If, however, the choice of size is after our own guidance ( phone or written ) we take responsibility, as well as the costs of change.

Changes in color or other code are made at your own cost.

The fee for each change is 4€

Can be made up to 2 changes for each of the initial purchase.

Change modes

The changes come hand in hand with our partner courier. The changes are accepted ONLY after prior contact with the company ( Email, Instagram, Facebook ).

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled:
• Either from the customer, due to the requirement of the following by telephone or written communication with the company, if it has not been completed and shipped the order.
• Either from the company due to non-completion of the transaction within 24 hours.
